Hi, I’m Stephane, a French American architect who works in Manhattan, and I’m looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to share my beautiful home. I have two available rooms for rent that includes all utilities, WI-FI, a shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom and storage space:
• Bedroom #1: *$1,950/month
• Bedroom #2: *$1,750/month

You can choose the room that best suits you, and I’m happy to be flexible. The third bedroom is reserved for personal use and is not for rent.
As a tenant, you’ll have full access to the spacious garden, which features cozy lounge chairs, a fire pit (perfect for BBQs or enjoying autumn evenings), and a variety of vibrant plants. There’s even direct access to Sparkill Creek, ideal for canoeing or kayaking adventures. The yard is maintained year-round, giving you a beautiful outdoor space to relax and enjoy.
